Sound familiar?

Raremind is built for the moments that matter, when you need an honest outside perspective and input, not more content from the echo chamber.

You're building something real but don't have a senior strategic brain on the team yet

You're pre-hire or between hires. The decisions keep coming and there's no one internally to pressure-test them with.

You have a board meeting, investor update, or key presentation coming up

The stakes are high and the prep time is short. You need structured input on your narrative, your numbers, and your positioning.

You're moving into a new market and need rapid orientation

You're pre-hire or between hires. The decisions keep coming and there's no one internally to pressure-test them with.

You're fundraising or pitching and the materials aren't landing

Your deck, business plan, or proposal isn't getting the response it should. You need experienced eyes that know what investors and partners actually look for.

Your strategy looks fine on paper but falls apart in practice

You have a plan. It's logical. But something isn't connecting between the slide deck and what's actually happening. You need someone to find the gap.

You're about to make a decision you can't easily undo

A new market, a key hire, a platform choice, a pricing model. You need a structured second opinion before committing, not a 6-week engagement.

Built on real decisions, not theory

I spent almost 20 years inside the rooms where hard product and strategy calls get made. From Vodafone and ADTRAN to startups in Taiwan, I've sat on all sides of the table — engineering, product and client-facing — across 17 markets, five continents, and industries from telecoms to clean energy to Web3. I have written code, industry standards, architecture documents, product strategies, GTM plans, business cases, RFPs, budgets, innovation memos, capex/opex saving recommendations and board presentations.

And in all that time, one thing stayed constant: the moments that mattered most were rarely the ones with the biggest budgets or the most support. They were the ones where you needed an honest, experienced outside perspective and there was no obvious way to get one. Where the consulting firm quote came back too high, too slow, or too broad. Where the team around you was brilliant but too close to the problem. Where you just needed someone who had been there before to pressure-test the thinking.

I built Raremind because I was that person on the inside, wishing there was someone like this on the outside. Someone with real operating experience, no agenda, and the tools to back it up with data — not theory.

That's what every Raremind engagement is built on.

How it works

How it works

  1. Make a request Submit whatever you are working on: a call to think out loud, a document review, a piece of research, a decision memo, a strategy, a market analysis, or anything else that needs an outside perspective.

  2. Give us the context We may ask a few quick follow-up questions to make sure the output is grounded in your specific situation, not a generic answer.

  3. We get to work the way a senior advisor should — thinking it through properly, using every tool available to back it up with data, and applying real business judgment to make sure the output is actually useful.

  4. You receive the output within 48 hours Structured feedback, clear recommendations, and practical next steps. Every time, without exception.

  5. We keep going When the current request is complete, you send the next one. Over time, we build a deep understanding of your business — and the thinking gets sharper with every engagement.

Focus beats paralysis — one thing done properly beats three things half-answered.

“I came to Raremind.co with a product strategy that looked good on paper but kept falling apart in execution.”

Within weeks we had clarity on where the real gaps were and a plan that the whole team could actually get behind. It's like having a senior product and strategy exec on call, without the overhead of hiring one.
